The challenge.

Connect is a brilliant global tech business, helping big, corporate clients to communicate seamlessly across platforms, sites, and countries. But when they came to us it was clear they weren’t really communicating their message very well. Everything was a bit disjointed and hard to navigate – exactly the kind of challenge we love! So we set about understanding who they wanted to be, who they needed to talk to, and what they should say before developing a whole new brand and new website, which made everything clear and simple.

The insight.

We dived straight in with our Discovery process. Conducting a market and competitor review, while holding workshops with senior stakeholders. Digging in to the heart of the brand, it became clear that the Connect’s purpose was simple – to help people communicate better. 

The creative.

Starting with the website, our new brand delivered a new vibrant, people-focused look and feel for Connect, all while laying out our message of better communications for better business. Even Covid couldn’t stop us, as we ran online workshops to plan the architecture and functionality of the site.

Results.
