Designing and building digital platforms for an international manufacturing brand.

The challenge.

Häfele consumer facing brand, Ideas for Living, required a redesign and rebuild of their core websites. They needed a design with an exceptional user experience that pushed consumers towards contacting partner stores or using Hafele’s bespoke kitchen planner.

The creative.

Our creative had to showcase the Ideas for Living catalogue, whilst ensuring a clear journey for the customer to begin using the kitchen planner to see how those products could work in their own home. We had to use and adapt the existing Ideas for Living brand, whilst staying true to the core Hafele brand. This involved working closely both with the brand and marketing teams to ensure their requirements were met.

Results.

The site launched successfully in the UK, and to budget despite an unexpected change of client contact. Subsequently we delivered a similar site for the Brazilian Ideas for Living team.

Following the successful completion of the work, we continued to work with the Häfele branding and marketing team on projects for their Partner Awards (UK) and Partner Portal (Germany).
