Account Manager

In line with our ambitious plans for growth, we are in the early stages of recruiting for an Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading household brands, managing digital campaigns across the web, social and mobile media. As an Account Manager you will be required to generate new business and manage account relationships.

Your main responsibilities will include:
-    Managing and developing the agency-client relationship
-    Strategic and tactical digital media planning
-    Working with creative and development teams to deliver projects on time and budget
-    Maximising business opportunities
-    Identifying and pursuing business opportunities with new and existing customers
-    Meeting or exceeding revenue targets

The ideal candidate will:
-    Have a solid background working in a digital agency
-    Be digital savvy and passionate about working in an exciting industry
-    Be good at managing running multiple projects and personalities
-    Hold a full driving license

SEO Engineer

We are looking for an SEO Engineer to deliver Best Practise solutions. Your role will include:

-      Developing long-term SEO strategies and tactics
-      Managing web and social media content generation (including blogging and general social media communications)
-      Identifying areas for content improvement and optimisation
-      Managing the technical side of the SEO campaigns
-      Managing PPC campaigns across Google and the social web
-      Generating performance/statistical reports based on Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc
The ideal candidate will:
-      Need to understand both the technical and non technical aspects of SEO inc site, page and navigation structure and content optimisation and link building
-      An understanding of HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript from an SEO perspective is key
-      Have a familiarity with WordPress, Joomla, Magento and similar established platforms
-      Understand Google’s toolkit thoroughly
-      You will be client facing so good communication skills are a must as you will provide and present SEO recommendations and statistical analysis to client
-      Full driving license desirable
